Successful premiere with GLOCK’s Dobelensky

The latest member of the GLOCK family of horses, GLOCK’s Dobelensky, made his international debut last weekend in Wierden (NED) under GLOCK Rider Gerco Schröder’s saddle. Over the two-star course, this mighty jumper of an eight-year-old quickly showed his class and jumped to placings twice.

In the two stage jumping over 1.30 m on Thursday, this son of Cornet Obolensky remained magnificently penalty-free and took tenth place. In another test over 1.30 m the next day, Gerco and GLOCK’s Dobelensky succeeded in qualifying for the jump-off with a fantastic ride in the basic round. The duo gave the impression of having been a team for a long time and, following a second clear round, lined up in ninth place. GLOCK’s Debalia also came along to Wierden. This KWPN mare, daughter of Numero Uno x Lupicor, performed well in the jumping over 1.35 m and achieved 15th place in the Medium Tour.
