Florence Seydoux (SUI) unbeatable!

Victory in GLOCK’s 1.35 m MEDIUM TOUR FINAL goes to Switzerland. The way Florence Seydoux and her nine-year-old Cornet Obolensky son Clever PKZ were riding this weekend was virtually out of this world. Following a third place on the opening day and yesterday’s first, they also took the final win today.

Trained by Pius Schwizer (SUI), she held her own against 12 rivals with Clever PKZ jumping extremely well in the jump-off to fly over the finishing line in 37.84 seconds.

Hot on her heels was Carinthia’s Mario Tschaitschmann aboard Ria de Janeiro. The two gave their all and their superb round in a time of 38.08 seconds put them in second with the many spectators cheering.

Stefanie Breitenstein (SUI), who had already won the opening jumping competition, also attacked with her KWPN gelding Asterix X, remained fault free again in 38.67 seconds and took third place.

The other Austrians in the placings were Monika Niederländer (Vorarlberg) on Cornet 2 (4th), Fixkraft Team rider Peter Englbrecht (Upper Austria) on Phighting Girl (5th), Kathrin Kurat (Carinthia) on Cento Quick Z (6th), Victoire Martin (Lower Austria) on Captain Jack 19 (7th), Andreas Bauer (Carinthia) on Lando (8th), Dr Georg Hladik (Lower Austria) on Parcival Z (11th) and Lisa Schranz (Lower Austria) on V.I.P. 2 in 12th.
