Weekend of success with a victory for GLOCK’s Debalia

Gerco and Ben Schröder (NED) took on the “Twentse Ros Albergen” national event in Geesteren (NED) over the Easter weekend (14-16/04/2017) and cut a convincing dash with their GLOCK horses.

It was already on Friday that Gerco rode both of his protégés, GLOCK’s Dobelensky and GLOCK’s Zaranza, penalty-free over the 1.30 m course. After a day’s break it was time to return to Geesteren on Sunday. It was there that Gerco, in the saddle on GLOCK’s Debalia among a field of 53 participants in the Grand Prix, took a well-earned victory in the jump-off over 1.40 m. Ben Schröder piloted GLOCK’s Champions Ludwig to third place in the jump-off, while GLOCK’s Dobelensky, ridden by Gerco, took sixth place.
