Two top placings for Gerco

It’s just a two-hour drive to the Equestrian Center de Peelbergen from the BWG Stables of brothers Ben, Wim & Gerco Schröder. So the two-week-long CSI de Peelbergen Spring Tour (27-31/03 & 03-07/04) was practically a home game for GLOCK Rider Gerco Schröder.

In the saddle on 12-year-old GLOCK’s Champions Ludwig, Gerco succeeded in remaining penalty-free both in the basic round and the jump-off of the Medium Tour Final over 1.40 m at the conclusion of the first week. Second place among a field of 86 participants proved a brilliantly encouraging reward for the subsequent, second week.

Under Gerco’s experienced guidance, eleven-year-old GLOCK’s Dobelensky, son of Cornet Obolensky, remained free of penalties twice-over in week two in the Medium Tour (1.40 m) and came second.
