5* Success for Gerco and GLOCK's Lausejunge

Only a few weeks after the world-famous film festival took place in Cannes (FRA), the participants in the Longines Global Champions Tour of Cannes arrived on the Côte d’Azur with their horses. Invitations to this top-level event are extremely popular and only the world’s best riders are allowed to take their position at the start in the Stade des Hespérides.

One of their number is GLOCK Rider Gerco Schröder (NED). The two-times silver medal winner presented eight-year-old GLOCK's Lausejunge at the French Riviera. It was only the third appearance at the highest international level for the son of Ludwigs As. Once again, 'Lausejunge' showed his great potential, jumping to seventh place in this highly competitive test over 1.50 metres.

Next weekend, Gerco will be part of the Dutch team in the Nations Cup in Rotterdam (NED), where he will be starting with twelve-year-old GLOCK's Cognac Champblanc.
