A duo with a future! Jur Vrieling (NED) wins on Correndo

For the second time now Jur Vrieling proved unbeatable in GLOCK’s Youngster Tour with his young crack Correndo. Having celebrated his first clear victory yesterday, the team silver medallist at the London 2012 Olympics pulled off the double today with his seven-year-old Holstein stallion sired by Corrado. Their time of 35.03 seconds was enough to win. Another seven-year-old, Lord Z son Lishynsky, ridden by Emanuele Gaudiano (ITA) was also fast. His 35.98 seconds over the 1.30 m high obstacles gave him second ahead of Wout-Jan van der Schans (NED) who guided his seven-year-old Verdi progeny Caapverdi to third in 37.57 seconds.

The Austrian show jumpers and their young horses secured two placings. Jürgen Krackow (Salzburg) took fifth with the eight-year-old KWPN stallion Boulahrouz in front of Alpenspan Team and GLOCK rider Gerfried Puck (Styria) who was sixth with a clear round on his eight-year-old Westphalian gelding GLOCK’s Chamonix B that jumps so well.
