Friday Night Highlight

“Bonsoir Paris” brought along a veritable fireworks of live entertainment, dance and song for guests at the GHPC on Friday evening. The artistes’ fantastic costumes set the stage ablaze with colour and the audience was transported to the world of the great Paris revues. A world full of brilliance and glamour – full of power and passion.

Whether through his TV shows (Germany seeks the superstar) or (The supertalent) or as a legacy of his pop music career in "Modern Talking", Dieter Bohlen has himself remained a star among stars. This great man of pop proved it with his live performance at the grand piano, playing a medley of his best-known hits.

‘Money’s Too Tight (To
Mention)’, ‘If You Don’t Know Me By Now’ and ‘You Make Me Feel Brand New’ had the guests captivated. With his superb interpretation of Simply Red singer Tim Hucknall there was no holding back. After all, rarely has a British vocalist so effortlessly mastered the perfect technique and emotional resonance of soul music like the front man of Simply Red.

The Friday Night Highlight was once again a wonderful evening at the GLOCK HORSE PERFORMANCE CENTER, carrying down to the last detail the unmistakeable signature of hostess Kathrin Glock and certain to remain a treasured memory too for star guests Geraldine Chaplin, top model Naomi Campbell, fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier, pop titan Dieter Bohlen, character actor Gérard Depardieu, film actor and theatre director Prof Peter Weck, GLOCK Testimonial R. Lee Ermey, GLOCK Shooting Stars Tori Nonaka and KC Eusebio and star chef Alfons Schuhbeck.
