Gerco Schröder scores top results in the home tournament

From the 6th till the 10th of May, Dutch GLOCK Rider Gerco Schröder was on a two-fold mission. Together with his brothers Ben and Wim, Gerco organised the national jumping tournament Jumping Schröder Tubbergen at the BWG Stables in the Netherlands. Gerco made a great impression not only as an organiser but also in his role as rider.

It was particularly the two prospective talents GLOCK's Debalia (Numero Uno x Lupicor) and GLOCK's Champion Ludwig (Ludwigs As x Karandasj) who gave outstanding performances on home ground. Not only seven-year-old Debalia but also eight-year-old Champion Ludwig remained fault-free after all their starts. GLOCK's Debalia even achieved tenth place in the final for seven-year-old horses on Sunday.

Also nine-year-old Westphalian GLOCK's Chamonix B took part in the Tubbergen event. He was ridden by Gerco on Friday in class Z (1.30m), where they achieved eleventh place. In the jumping for five-year-old horses, Glock Rider Gerco presented Power Blue, a son of the famous Plot Blue, and secured third place.

Gerco started the main tournaments with GLOCK's Zaranza, an eleven-year-old son of Karandasj x Heartbreaker. The large-framed bay remained fault-free on Thursday, scored fifth place in the qualification for the Grand Prix on Saturday (1.40m) and jumped to eleventh place under the expert guidance of Gerco in the Grand Prix of Tubbergen (1.45m).
