Valentina Truppa triumphs for Italy in the CDI4* Grand Prix Special

Valentina Truppa gave a stunning dressage performance today on her Eremo del Castegno in the CDI4* Grand Prix Special with a purse of €50,000. The number seven in the world only showed slight inaccuracies with the 12-year-old Rohdiamant son and finished the most difficult set dressage test in the world on a sensational 77.521% as the big winner of the evening.

There were also huge cheers for Marc Boblet (FRA) and his 11-year-old Noble Dream Concept Sol. Already top placed at the CDI4* in Hagen (GER) this year, the Frenchman and the Caprimond daughter shone at the GLOCK HORSE PERFORMANCE CENTER with 73.625% in second ahead of the world’s number 32 Claudia Fassaert (BEL). She concentrated well during her test aboard her Oldenburg mare Donnerfee and scored 72.104% for third spot.

Two to Tango and Alpenspan team member Peter Gmoser also gave a demonstration of their talent today. Under the rider from Burgenland, the 13-year-old Idocus son’s fabulous form helped the pair to secure the best Austrian result with a total score of 70.271% and fifth place.
