Sixth place and 81.97% for GLOCK’s Dream Boy & Hans Peter
It was the second World Cup day of the season for GLOCK Rider Hans Peter Minderhoud and his 15-year-old black stallion, GLOCK’s Dream Boy N.O.P., in the Dutch capital, Amsterdam. In the Grand Prix the duo had two costly faults, but they still got 73.326% and eleventh place in a very strong field. On Saturday in the Grand Prix musical freestyle it would then be about world cup stage victory.
There Hans Peter skillfully guided his Vivaldi-Ferro offspring through the demanding musical freestyle and let “Dreamy” shine. The judges awarded an eight several times for Dream Boy’s piaffes, while the canter tour with impressive pirouettes also impressed. All in all the result was 81.970% and a great 6th place for Hans Peter Minderhoud and GLOCK’s Dream Boy. With 23 points they are in 18th place in the World Cup intermediate ranking and would currently be qualified for the final in Omaha at the beginning of April.
