A weekend of success in Aachen and points in Zuidwolde
A fantastic backdrop for the best riders is what CHIO Aachen has been offering for more than 100 years and, this year too, the stadiums were occupied right up to the last seat. With Hans Peter Minderhoud and Gerco Schroeder, the GLOCK team presented no fewer than two riders for the famous global event of equestrian sports.
The performance by GLOCK rider Gerco Schroeder and GLOCK’s London N.O.P. was outstanding and helped the Dutch team to reach second place in the extraordinarily difficult nations cup.
Only recently has GLOCK's Flirt been ridden out by GLOCK Rider Hans Peter Minderhoud onto the international dressage stage, making participation in Aachen a personal premiere. This worked out perfectly since, in addition to ranking in the CDIO Grand Prix Special (72.176 %) and in the Grand Prix Dressage (76.850 %), with the Dutch team the GLOCK Duo reached second place in the Dressage Nations Cup.
With seventh place in the CDI Grand Prix (70.820 %) and third place in the Grand Prix freestyle (75.325 %), GLOCK’s Romanov had two brilliant appearances and, with a fourth place in the Prix St. Georges (72.974 %) and seventh in the Intermédiaire I (69.368 %), Hans Peter was also able to place the grey stallion Zanardi consistently in the top league.
In Zuidwolde in The Netherlands, GLOCK rider Robert Puck was active preparing for the test at the GHPC in the CSI2* show jumping course. In the Medium Tour (1.30 m / 1.35 m) and with GLOCK's Alato SR, the Carinthian-born rider reached two second places and, in the finale, fifth place. In the Big Tour over 1.40 m and 1.45 m, with two error-free rounds and with a 19th place in the jump-off on Friday, GLOCK's Zaranza proved strong, with GLOCK's Ambelina JB also performing very well. In the Championat of Veeningen the latter came 22nd and, in the jump-off for the Grand Prix, 13th.
