Gerco top at the LGCT in Monaco

The best riders, the best horses and the Principality of Monaco. Every year the Longines Global Champions Tour also visits the Côte d’Azur. Its riding arena in the middle of the yacht harbour Port d’Hercule, with its famous Prince’s Palace in the background, is the exceptional setting for similarly outstanding sport, to which GLOCK Rider Gerco Schröder was also invited with GLOCK’s Zaranza and GLOCK’s London, from 28th till the 30th.

The 14-year-old KWPN stallion GLOCK’s Zaranza impressively demonstrated his top form in the World Ranking Trophee Casino de Monte Carlo competition over 1.50 m and, under Gerco, took an excellent sixth place. Riding GLOCK’s London, Gerco achieved an immaculate first round in the Global Champions League for the Prague Lions, meaning an intermediate fourth place for his team. Following an overall ninth place in the Global Champions League of Monaco, the Prague Lions (Anna Kellnerova, Gerco Schröder, Niels Bruynseels, Peder Fredricson, Ales Opatrny) thus currently rank among the top ten of the Global Champions League comprising 19 teams.
