Amateur Tour exciting to the finish

The international amateurs made it an exciting 1.20 m class in their opening round. They posted one best time after another until the second last starter, young rider Lisa Candin (ROU), finally set an even faster time of 50.09 seconds with her successful mare Remember Z, which was enough to win. Lisa’s father, the international show jumper Andy Candin, also chalked up many successes with the 17-year-old mare, which helped the young talent on her ride to first place. Karen Fouzailov (ISR) and Iceman 4 also mastered the course brilliantly, relegating Csaba Kovács (HUN) on Diamond - who had led up to then - into third position. 

For Austria, Franziska Binder on Laetizia took fourth spot, Dieter Sommerhuber came sixth on Rubico, Isabella Paier was seventh on Avellino 2, Birgit Peintner on Cazzano Z finished eighth, Katharina Leitsberger on Michael landed in tenth place, Jennifer Gasselich on Ucarla twelfth, Christina Joham on Troubadour 13th, Nika Kulmitzer on Laptop V 14th, David Tschikof on GLOCK's Timo 15th and Daniela Oitzinger on Goldstern 14 claimed 16th.
