Multi-talented GLOCKs Chasanova racks up more successes
The eight-year-old Diogenes son has already proved that he is extremely versatile on many occasions. In fact, the dark chestnut was the only stallion to succeed in qualifying for the Austrian national championships in all three disciplines. It comes as no surprise when you find out his pedigree: his sire goes back to Donnerhall, a once-in-a-century stallion whose prized dressage blood flows through many a family tree. Combined with the right blend of thoroughbred and excellent jumping skills, Glock's Chasanova is one of the most promising eventing horses to come out of an Austrian stud.
Under the saddle of a new rider, the Styrian Amazon Katrin Khoddam-Hazrati, the impressive stallion has now scored again. Although they have not had long to get to know each other, the harmony between the horse and rider is already perceptible. Following a virtually faultless dressage test, a spirited cross-country ride and a sound jumping test at the CCN-A Aspang, Glock's Chasanova finished second as the best Austrian warmblood at L level.
