Edward Gal at the GHPC

Nothing but beaming faces surrounded one of the world's most successful and charismatic dressage riders: triple world championship Edward Gal followed the invitation issued by Gaston Glock and came to Carinthia in September to spend two days teaching riders of all different levels at the GHPC.

Among the participants were internationally renowned riders such as Stefan Peter, multiple National Champion and Olympic rider, Timna Zach, Vice National Champion at the Young Riders 2011 and Para-Equestrian rider Thomas Haller. In addition to the course participants, guests had also been invited who watched the training units while enjoying top-of-the-range catering provided by DO&CO. As a small thank you for his two visits to Carinthia, Edward Gal was given a customised tailcoat to wear at tournaments, made by star designer La Hong. The world champion was visibly surprised and immediately made a promise that should delight his many fans: "...people here are all so friendly – I can't wait to be back!"
