The second day of the CSI3* harboured plenty of surprises in every single aspect. The first victory of the day – that in the Bronze Tour – went to Emanuele Gaudiano (ITA) with Admara ahead of Anna Julia Kontio (FIN) on Rio Nuevo and Shane Carey (IRL) with Zandiego U. The victorious youngsters were Robert Puck (AUT) with Amarilles ahead of Lukasz Wasilewski (POL) and Lidija Grum (SLO). In the Silver Tour, Escobar, presented by Thomas Weinberg (GER), remained victorious with a time result of 47.19 seconds ahead of Rolf Moormann (GER) and Maurice van Roosbroeck (BEL).
In the amateur competition, Austrian rider Nani Kulmitzer made it easily to the top ahead of Sonja Schutting and Katharina Leitsberger. Simone Wettstein on Clipmyhorse Cash and Go emerged victorious in the day's most important competition – the jumping competition of the Gold Tour Championship.
