Londina PS, daughter of GLOCK’s London, sold for 1,950,000 euros
For the second time in a row, the traditional P.S.I. (Performance Sales International) Auction at Hof Kasselmann had to take place before Christmas in a reduced form, with fewer spectators. However, the interested parties on the phone on December 12, 2021 weren’t to be deterred from bidding remarkable prices for the high quality auction lots. The absolute price leader was the seven-year-old daughter of GLOCK’s London, who appears in the stud book with the name Carembar de Muze: Londina PS. This chestnut mare goes back to Chacco-Blue on her mother’s side and was already internationally successful up to 145 cm. To buyers from Switzerland she was worth a sensational 1,950,000 euros! Trainer Toni Hassmann is sure: “Londina is the best horse I’ve ever ridden. We hope to see her again at the 2024 Olympics in Paris”!
The now 19-year-old BWP stallion GLOCK’s London (Carembar de Muze) participated under GLOCK Rider Gerco Schröder in the 2012 Olympic Games in London (GBR) and in the 2014 World Equestrian Games in Caen (FRA). Indeed, the year before, a daughter of the GLOCK stallion was, at 1.6 million euros, the top-priced horse at the traditionally high-quality auction.
