Superb performance at the World Cup in Madrid
In the saddle on the wonderful Zanardi, son of Rubels, GLOCK Rider Hans Peter Minderhoud contested World Cup points in the Dressage World Cup in Madrid (ESP). In both the World Cup Grand Prix (71.283%) and the World Cup Freestyle (76.110%), Hans-Peter and 14-year-old KWPN stallion Zanardi took an outstanding fourth place. The duo’s highlights were their half-passes, canter pirouettes and passages. In the specially prepared freestyle, the judges gave scores of up to 9.6 for the level of difficulty of the movements demonstrated. The home crowd were particularly delighted when Hans Peter rode into the award ceremony with the PRE stallion Joyero VG, kindly made available to him by Annabelle Bermuda.
Thus, in the LONGINES Dressage FEI World Cup™ 2018/19 - Western European League overall ranking, after four of the ten rounds, Hans Peter is in eleventh place with 24 points.
