A victory & a selfie for Angelica Augustsson Zanotelli

Angelica Augustsson Zanotelli from Sweden certainly won’t forget International Show Jumping at the GLOCK HORSE PERFORMANCE CENTER Austria in a hurry. First the likeable female rider managed to get an enviable selfie with star guest Robbie Williams yesterday, then today she celebrated victory in the GLOCK’s 2* Tour over 1.40 m. In the saddle on ten-year-old Typie du Tillard, daughter of Diamant de Semilly, she mastered the ten obstacles in this jumping competition accumulator without a single penalty in a time of 52.62 seconds, making her the fastest in this competition by a clear margin: “It was practically one of my lifetime ambitions to get a selfie with Robbie Williams one day. Achieving that yesterday was a big motivation”, she said with a beaming smile. “What’s more, it’s the first victory with Typie. She needed a lot of time, but I have great hopes of her. Victory today is something really special for me.”

With 65 points, a full score too for Line Karlsen Raaholt (NOR) who, with eight-year-old Elisabeth , daughter of Applaus, cantered over the finishing line in 56.21 seconds. Annelies Vorsselmans (BEL) came third with just seven-year-old Chaventele Z (65/57.05).
