Fantastic debut by Total Spezial

Hans Peter Minderhoud competed for the first time at the CDN in Delft with nine-year-old DSP-stallion Total Spezial. This impressive son of Totilas is descended from Special D - Zeoliet on his dam’s side. In his first Prix St Georges he received 72.794% and was the only one to win the competition with more than 70%.

“He’s been at our stables for about a year and I thought now is the time to present him. Total Spezial is a wonderful stallion with outstanding walk, trot and canter. He whinnied quite a bit during the test, but was easy to ride. In the future I will ride some competitions in the small tour with him, while we train at home for the big tour,” commented Hans Peter regarding his plans with this son of Totilas.
