Superb start to the competition year for GLOCK riders

Marcel Schoenmakers and Timna Zach got the season off to a wonderful start at the CDN-A* CDN-B Weikersdorf on 12/13 January. On Saturday Marcel Schoenmakers won the Prix St Georges on GLOCK’s Warana (68.114%) ahead of Timna Zach riding GLOCK’s Cambridge (67.807%). She also came in eighth (65.307%) with GLOCK’s Federleicht.

In the Intermediaire II, Marcel Schoenmakers took the runner-up spot with GLOCK’s Grandioso (67.982) and also finished second in the M with Freaky Girl.

The finals on Sunday were equally gratifying: the judges unanimously awarded first prize to GLOCK’s Grandioso and Marcel three times, which meant 68.191% and the win in the final S dressage (FEI Grand Prix de Dressage). GLOCK young rider Timna Zach and GLOCK’s Cambridge previously took top place in the Intermediaire I on 68.860%, and Marcel Schoenmakers was again among the front runners with GLOCK’s Warana and fourth slot (67.895%).

It was exactly the same picture in the M dressage, which Timna Zach won convincingly with GLOCK’s Federleicht and 68.694%. Here, too, fourth place went to GLOCK rider Marcel Schoenmakers, this time with Freaky Girl (66.937%).
