Two new GLOCK dressage stars arrive!

Perfect down to the very last detail and planned with passion – this motto applies to the guests and riders at Gaston and Kathrin Glock's business and in particular to the horses! You can see and feel this everywhere at the GLOCK HORSE PERFORMANCE CENTER in Austria and the Netherlands. In line with this philosophy, two 4-legged stars have now moved into their box at the Glock Horse Performance Center, rounding off a highly successful year of sport.

GLOCK's Zonik (Zack x Romanov) is a 4-year old warm-blood stallion reared in Denmark and GLOCK's Valentino (Flemmingh x Goodtimes) is a 10-year old horse reared in the Netherlands. Both horses received a warm welcome at the GHPC in Harskamp. The horses come from the stables of the silver and bronze medal winner of the World Equestrian Games in Aachen (GER) 2006, Andreas Helgstrand (DEN). GLOCK's Zonik was born in 2008 and is a typical Danish warm-blood stallion with exceptional gait which has made him one of the most interesting stallion prospects of this year. In 2011, with Andreas Helgstrand he won the finals of the Danish championships for 4-year old dressage horses with an exceptional score of 9.3 points, with the trot even being awarded 10 points. In 2012, he is now the champion stallion of Danish warm-blood horse breeding.

The 10-year old gelding, GLOCK's Valentino, is descended from the famous Holsteiner stallion Flemmingh who was chosen for breeding in Holland, was awarded the distinguished title of 'pref' and fathered Edward Gal's former star horse Lingh. GLOCK's Valentino still has little experience in the international domain but has performed so well beneath the saddle that his career can now continue at the GLOCK HORSE PERFORMANCE CENTER.

The two horses will now be given time to explore their new surroundings and get used to new carers under the custody of the sports managers at the GLOCK HORSE PERFORMANCE CENTER Netherlands, Hans Peter Minderhoud, Edward Gal and Nicole Werner. The training will start with some easy exercises before plans for the future are made.
