World Cup points in dressage and good placings in jumping for GLOCK riders

GLOCK rider Edward Gal (NED) and GLOCK’s Undercover scored valuable points at CSI5*-W Lyon/FRA (31 October–4 November2012) for the Reem Acra FEI World Cup. On Saturday the expressive Olympic pair danced gallantly round the arena at the Grand Prix and were rewarded with 78.511 points. The GLOCK duo thus landed in runner-up position, behind leader Adelinde Cornelissen (NED). On Sunday GLOCK’s Undercover struggled with the conditions at the venue. Despite poor one-tempi changes and problems with the half-pass, the judges awarded a mark of 79.125 for their overall performance in the Freestyle, putting them in fifth spot.

Edward Gal and GLOCK’s Undercover have now climbed six places from 17th to 11th in the dressage world rankings: the top ten is within reach again!

Dieter Köfler successfully presented GLOCK’s Zyrano and GLOCK’s Prince de Vaux at the CSI2* CSIYH1* CSICH-A CSIJ-A held at Magna Racino, Ebreichsdorf/Lower Austria (1–4.11.2012). On Friday he had a clear round of 59.91 seconds on GLOCK’s Zyrano in the 1.30 m class for the Silver Tour and was third best Austrian in seventh place. Although he slipped up in the first round, Dieter Köfler and GLOCK’s Prince de Vaux also had good results in the difficult Magna Racino Grand Prix on Sunday and secured tenth slot.

Gerfried Puck also entered the CSI3* Leszno (POL) from 3 to 5 November 2012 with jumpers from the GLOCK stables. He came eleventh in the Small Round on GLOCK’s Wibo B (clear round in a time of 74.33 seconds).
