Hans Peter & Gerco on top in Maastricht

Team GLOCK in a twin-pack! Once again it was victories and placings for GLOCK Riders Hans Peter Minderhoud and Gerco Schröder at the international dressage and show jumping tournament in Maastricht (NED). This event in the south of Holland drew a large number of top riders and the class of competition was correspondingly high. Nevertheless, Hans Peter and Gerco achieved some outstanding results.

Riding 15-year-old GLOCK’s Flirt (of Florestan I), Hans Peter went to the dressage start line. The chestnut stallion was as expressive as ever in the arena, readily accepting the sensitive aids from his rider. The pleasing performance in the Grand Prix earned 75.540 % and a consequent second place. In the Grand Prix Freestyle too, Hans Peter and GLOCK’s Flirt managed a harmonious ride, which was rewarded with 77.875 % and another second place.

Strong performances were also to be seen over the jumps. Riding just eight-year-old GLOCK’s Dobelensky, Gerco Schröder delivered two faultless rounds over 1.40 and 1.45 m, whilst nine-year-old GLOCK’s Lausejunge also remained penalty-free over 1.40 m.
